The house is located in Dingenhart, a small, peaceful hamlet on top of mount Wellenberg (600m alt.) and accessible by car in approximately 5 minutes from the capital city of Frauenfeld. This elevated location offers you a unique, panoramic view across the valleys below, all the way to the Swiss Alps. It guarantees also less fog in spring and autumn compared to the city below. Living in Dingenhart enables you to engage in many of the desirable outdoor activities right from your doorsteps, like jogging, biking, horseback riding and others. Shopping and other recreational facilities for swimming, tennis or hockey are located on the outskirts of the city of Frauenfeld, while Golfer’s find an 18-hole course in Lipperswil, roughly 20min. away by car.

Dingenhart is located next to the highway from Frauenfeld to Matzingen and thus also fairly central to the Eastern interstate road network to
